For Professional use

Please check the distributor page: if you are from a country where we have a distributor/subpublisher you should contact them for usage of our music in your country.

We believe in simplicity and efficiency and have therefore devised a single, straightforward license type: an annual blanket license at the cost of 1400 €. that covers the most common uses for videomakers and broadcasters. Please see details in the below tabs.

How it works

You can listen to ALL of the library in our web site, wether browsing through the single volumes, or using the search engine. If you feel that the music can fit your needs contact us for payment in advance ( we accept Paypal, Bank transfer ).
After we receive the payment you will have an FTP account from where you can download the music you need (or all of the library if you prefer ). your account ( and, obviously your right to use the music ) will last for 12 months after payment. Afterwards, if you think it’s convenient for your buisness to keep on using our music, you need to renew the license. We usually release 10/12 new albums every year and the licensee can use all of the upgrades, of course. Our Music Is Available in either: - MP3 320 format, or as - 16 bit / 44.1 kHz broadcast wav files.

What is comprised

Our annual blanket licence guarantes the following benefits: use as many tracks as you wish throughout each production.
Worldwide use covered.
Each licence covers your production FOREVER.
All original production cut-downs, trailers and re-dubs covered.
Multimedia use on all formats covered.
Use in broadcast: local, national, worldwide ( you must file a cue sheet and details of program ).
Mechanical duplication (unlimited replications ).
Use in premium Cds.
Use in multimedia (corporate, live events )
Keep in mind that all of the music are registerd through SIAE (italian collecting agency ) and rules for using the music can change from one country to another. Purchasing the license you get a license for recording master and synchronization.
The license on productions made during the license period are released in perpetuity.

What is NOT comprised

National and Worldwide use in advertisement / commercial Use in Major film Any unsyncronized use. IE Ringtones, Toys, Products, Games, Talking Books, Computer Software, Books on Tape etc..
